oh god im having such a good time except for getting up at 530 am because now i have to start class an hour before everyone in order to get in as many AP classes as i can.
i auditioned for 2 shows today and i hope so much that i get in. i think i will. and i get into the reperatory company yessssirrr.

k im back in action and i cant let a binge bring me down!
starting 0246 tomorrow. here we go:

Monday: nothing
Workout: ride 10 miles

Tuesday: cup grapes. 62 cals. 10 carrots. 40 cals. 2 tbsl hummus. 45 cals. 50 extra cals
Workout: walk 3 miles. ride 5 miles

Wednesday: iced chai. 70 cals. cup grapes. 62cals. 20 carrots. 80 cals. 4 tbsl hummus. 90cals. 15 crackers. 70 cals. 28 extra cals
Workout: walk 5 miles. ride 7 miles

Thursday: pad thai. 470 cals. curry fried rice. 130 aprox.
Workout: walk 5 miles. ride 9 miles.

IM GOING TO STICK TO IT> my metabolism needs a boost. i hope so much that i lose at least a few pounds.

im on all raw fruits and veggies.i was on an amazing fast then had a horendous binge. cereal. what the fuck is up with that ahahaha.

today.

so far thats it. my sister comes home tonight but im going to a play with my dad so im assuming were not going to dinner.

i will be 124-130 by the start of school. if it kills me. catalian i think will be a challenge becasue all we do there is eat and sit in the sun and swim. but not iii. also there is no scale there shitttt

63 days until school starts.
ive been so good.
ive lost 9 pounds in 9 days.
if i continue on this, hella ill be 63 pounds lighter! hah probz not.
i want to solidly lose 30 by august 28.
i can do this.
ive become a vegan again so its easier without my parents trying to get me to eat all this fatty shit with dairy in it.

well today i wanted to have around 200 cals

i started well...

breakfast: sugar free applesauce-45 cal
lunch: nothing
home: string cheese-70
hash browns-70
special k red berries: 170

total: 350

now im going downtown with my friend who always watches what i eat. and she always makes me go to this pizza place.

i knew i shouldnt have stayed home today
i binge when im at home

i was doing well. 3 day fast broken with 10 grapes.
then i went for a run and did 100 sit up and 100 crunches

then it came.
2 pria bars: 220 cal
like 3/4 a bag of herb popcorn: 720 cal
some grapes: 30 cal
thats around 1000 cals. ew

tonight im being forced to an italian restuarant where i'll have a caeser salad and a roll
ill be so disgusted with myself fasting will be easy

new plan.
2 day fast.
then 2468.
repeat.

i was on 2468 and yesturday was 6 and today was 8
well yesturday i was doing well until i went out. then i had a cup of nordys tomato bique, half order of roasted veggies, cracker stick, and a blended chai tea.
so i though id already gone over and it sucked then i hit a low. 3 PIECES OF CHEESE PIZZA ughh
then today we went to this place called hash house where i proceeded to eat a thing of potatoes and a fatty bisquit. god know how many cals that is. no mroe today

starting over tomorrow
and starting veganism

i havent weighed myself becasue im fucking scared.

i hopefully got off my flat of 170

i desperately want to be at most 150 by the summer. thats 16 more lbs to go.
i obsessivly check my bmi, i just want to be under weight.
ive worked so hard since last january from bmi 32 to 23.

on 6 of 2468 but we all know id die before i consume 600 or 800 cals when im doing so well
for the past two days ive gone on a tall soy chai tea latte. thats it. it gives me enough energy.
going to the mall today to try dresses on for this big tea party.

vegan starting today? im going to try really hard. my fav binge food is grilled cheese. so lets just hope.

dont you love it when you dont eat and you get ort of light headed and dizzy but when you stand up and your walking it feel like your walking on air.

today was a reallllly good day.
ive on the 4 stage of 2468. doing well

so this kid ive liked all year asked me out to lunch yesturday, for today. (we have off campus lunch).
i didnt eat of course and i said it was becasue im vegan, (which isnt true at this point)
i really like him. he weighs liek 90 lbs so its a little intimidating. but thats ok.

i think im going to become vegan again. i was for 8 months

ive lost exactly 50 lbs since like january. i wish i were more pleased
